Good to have a sitting area, a work desk, and an electric kettle. Fairly clean bathroom with bidet. Vews of the town. Peaceful location, amicable and affable staff and owner. Perfect place to stay just next door to restaurants and bars, Cat Ba Island and the tourist centre, restaurants and bars.

Our host was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay. He gave us fantastic advice and organized affordable boat trips and treks with light scrambling. He even accompanied us to buses and taxis. The property itself is brand new, impeccably clean, and extremely comfortable. The breakfast included was simple but delicious, and we got to enjoy tasty home-cooked meals with other guests. The value for money is truly jaw-dropping.

Staff are really helpful and amicable, I'm very grateful to them. It has absolutely perfect and magnificent setting just next door to Cát Bà Island, Cat Ba Central Homestay, and the restaurants and shops. Thank you for a very nice stay by one night, loved it very much.

I can wholeheartedly recommend this place for your stay. Thanks for the excellent stay and for providing a transfer to the Haig Phong airport. It is located in an unbeatable and marvelous location near the sea front, yet super quiet. The employees working here are amazingly kind and helpful. There are views of the town.

The rooms were modern, the staff was friendly, and we had a pleasant one-night stay with a private bathroom and the owner was always available.

We had a great experience during our new year stay. the owner was very welcoming and even picked us up from the bus stop. the food at the nearby restaurant was delicious and we enjoyed the included breakfast with lots of options. the room was spacious and had plenty of storage space. the location was convenient, not too far from the main road, and we were able to explore the area easily with a scooter.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. Some services were a bit more expensive than outside, which was a bit disappointing.

I stayed at a lovely homestay in Cat Ba Island and had a wonderful time. The room I had was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. They even provided my friend with a healing oil for her injured knee. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the city center. The food served at the homestay was delicious, with plenty of vegetarian options available. The evening get-togethers with other guests were a highlight of my stay. I highly recommend this homestay for its warmth, cleanliness, and hospitality.
